OUR TEAM OF EXPERTS

Greg Hollibaugh, CPA

Greg is a Nebraska native and a long-time South Dakota resident with experience managing and leading in corporate tax and finance along with extensive accounting experience. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from Chadron State College.

Greg purchased the practice from Sharon Hoggatt in November, 2017. The firm has been serving western South Dakota for over 40 years.

Greg Hollibaugh CPA, Inc., acquired J. A. Erickson & Co. PC, December, 2019, and merged the firms. We will operate out of the office at 617 Dahl Rd Suite B in Spearfish, SD. We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to serving both firms’ clients in the future.

He is a member of Northern Hills Rotary, Spearfish Chamber, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and South Dakota CPA Society. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, hiking and camping in the hills and travel adventures throughout the world.

Mandi Tipton, CPA

Mandi is a North Dakota native and a long-time Spearfish resident with 18 years of experience assisting clients with their accounting and tax needs. She graduated from Northern State University with a Bachelor’s degree in professional accountancy and began working in the firm after graduation.

Mandi passed the CPA exam in December 2018 and is excited to continue providing a high level of service to clients.

She is a member of the Spearfish Post 164 Baseball Booster Club, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and South Dakota CPA Society. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending local sporting events from youth to college (especially baseball games) and reading.

Marilyn Ginter

Marilyn is a South Dakota native and has worked for the firm since 2012 after ‘retiring’ from a career in the banking business. Marilyn is a graduate of Black Hills State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She strives to provide excellent customer service to all clients.

She is a volunteer at the Good Shepherd Clinic in Spearfish. Marilyn is an avid Colorado Rockies baseball fan and enjoys attending games whenever possible. Besides baseball, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and supporting her family in other sports activities.

Andrea Wagner

Andrea is a South Dakota native and began with the firm in 2016. She is a graduate in December with a Bachelor’s in business administration from Black Hills State University.

Andrea stays involved with Relay for Life and Special Olympics. When not working or volunteering, she enjoys time with her husband, two children and extended family.

Becky Hollibaugh

Becky joined the team September 2020 as an administrative assistant. She is a graduate of Chadron State College and most recently taught in the Rapid City school system. You will find her working behind the scenes organizing and scanning client documents into our document management system. Becky enjoys visiting and spending time with her grandsons who live in Tennessee. She also enjoys travelling and taking pictures of her many adventures along the way. Most recently you would have found her fishing for King Salmon in Alaska where she caught the largest one out of all ten fisher’s!!!

Sherri Brosmire

Sherri has spent the better part of her life being gainfully employed starting at 6 years old when she raised bum lambs for her grandfather for the summer and earned 3 silver dollars. After spending the last 16 years in Billings Sherri returned to her native South Dakota to spend time with family and try retirement. While spending 10 months of trying retirement she found that she was going crazy not working so reached out to Greg in January, 2023 and “here I am once again working for Greg…..and Mandi”. Sherri’s days are now devoted to working part-time and loving it. The rest of the time Sherri enjoys family events, improving her house, gardening, crafting, and being Grammy to her Great Grandson who lives with her and is the joy of her life.

Jesse Wager

Jesse is a South Dakota native and began working with the firm in 2022. He has lived in Spearfish his entire life, graduating from Spearfish High School. He enjoys playing guitar, cooking and spending time
with his family.
